The Shuddhaganga Unit Inauguration Programme was held at Patrehalli village, Adivala Gram Panchayat, Adivala Zone, Hiriyur Taluk, Chitradurga District.

The programme was inaugurated by the Hon’ble District In-charge Minister of Chitradurga, Shri D. Sudhakar, by lighting the ceremonial lamp. The event was attended by District Director Shri Vinay Kumar Suvarna, Project Officer Sri Ravi Hittalamani, Gram Panchayat President and members, officials, supervisors, Shuddhaganga staff, and villagers.

Addressing the gathering, the dignitaries highlighted the importance of safe drinking water and explained how clean water helps prevent diseases, improves overall health, and reduces medical expenses. They also shared information about the Shuddhaganga programme and other welfare initiatives of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala.

It was informed that the newly inaugurated Shuddhaganga unit will provide safe drinking water to nearly 2,000 households, ensuring better health and well-being for the people of Patrehalli village.
