On 19.12.2025, an Entrepreneurship Training Programme was organized at the Somwarpet Project Office for beneficiaries who had availed SIDBI loans. The training was conducted by Mr. Praveen, SIDBI Project Officer from the Udupi Regional Office. He provided detailed guidance to self-employed beneficiaries on the background of the project, effective utilization of SIDBI loans, ways to develop and expand their businesses, and information about Mudra Yojana, Vishwakarma Yojana, and various facilities available under SIDBI loan schemes. On this occasion, Taluk Project Officer Shri Hanumanthappa Angadi and office staff were present.
