The Vatsalya House Handover Programme, organized under the Jnanavikas Programme, was held at Sangolli village, Kittur taluk for Vatsalya member Jaanavva Kelageri.

The programme was conducted in the presence of the Belagavi-01 District Director and was welcomed by Kittur Taluk Project Officer Shri Yogeesh B.R. The house was formally handed over by Mr. Akul Balaji, anchor of the Zee TV “Halli Power” programme. Local dignitaries, supervisors, Jnana Vikas coordinators, Seva Pratinidhis, SHG members, federation representatives, and villagers participated in the programme.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Akul Balaji appreciated the work of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP) for its compassionate service to destitute families and mothers in need. He expressed pride in the organisation and stated that although he usually does not attend programmes, he felt it was his privilege to be part of this meaningful initiative and assured his personal support to the beneficiary.

The chief guest, Shri Satish Naik, District Director, Belagavi-1, spoke about the service-oriented activities of the project, the guidance of the revered leaders, and the impact of the Vatsalya Programme.
