Shri Kantaraju from Dabbe Village, Kaymanahalli, Sakaleshapura Taluk, joined SKDRDP and received a loan of Rs.10,000 under the Pragathinidhi scheme. He utilized the loan to purchase goats and sheep and began his livestock farming journey. Through dedication, proper care, and effective management, he successfully raised the animals and earned a good profit by selling them at the right time.

In addition, Mr. Kantaraju participated in agricultural extension training programs, where he learned scientific methods of sheep and goat farming. The knowledge gained through these trainings, along with the constant support of his wife and son, helped him improve his farming practices and increase his income. Today, he has become an exemplary farmer in his village, inspiring others with his hard work and determination.
