2064th De-Addiction Camp Inauguration Held at Muragod

The 2064th De-Addiction Camp Inauguration Ceremony was held at Shri Mahanta Duradundeshwara Math, Muragod, Yaragatti taluk. The camp was organized with the aim of creating awareness about the effects of alcohol addiction and encouraging people to lead a healthy and addiction-free life.

The programme was inaugurated in the presence of distinguished guests including Shri R. S. Balikai, Medical Officer, Sanjeevini Clinic, Muragod; Shri I. M. Mathapati, Police Inspector, Muragod, Shri D. B. Allayyanavarmath, Deputy Tahsildar, Muragod and other dignitaries. Addressing the gathering, the chief guests highlighted the harmful effects of alcohol addiction on individuals, families and society. They emphasized the importance of de-addiction camps in helping affected individuals regain control of their lives and contribute positively to their families and communities. They also appreciated the efforts being made to create awareness and provide support to those seeking freedom from addiction.

The inauguration ceremony witnessed the participation of government officials, community leaders, social workers, local residents, and camp beneficiaries. The participants expressed their support for the de-addiction movement and reaffirmed their commitment to building a healthier and addiction-free society.
