The Smart Class Inauguration Programme was held at Kattadabailu Government Higher Primary School under the Guruvayanakere project area. The Smart Class facility was established with financial assistance from the Member of Parliament Local Area Development Fund (MPLADS) of Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade, Member of Parliament, with the objective of providing students access to modern digital learning resources.

The programme was attended by Shri Harish R. S., Project Officer, Guruvayanakere, Smt, Hemalatha, Headmistress of the school, Shri Ratnakara Acharya, President of the SDMC, and Shri Vittala Shetty.

During the programme, the speakers highlighted that the Smart Class initiative is designed to provide rural students with access to modern digital technology and transform conventional classroom teaching into a more effective, interactive, and engaging learning experience. They emphasized that the initiative is not merely a new teaching method but a comprehensive system that supports the overall development of students by improving their understanding, participation, and learning outcomes.
