The Women’s Seminar was organized at SMV Convention Hall, Immadihalli Village, under the K.R. Puram Project Office. The programme focused on women’s empowerment and creating awareness on social, legal, and developmental issues affecting women.
The programme was graced by Shri Padmaiah C.H., District Director, Smt,. Sujatha Prema Kumar, Social Worker, Immadihalli Village, Dr. Suma G. Patil, Administrative Officer, Sakhi One Stop Centre, and Smt. Sangeetha, Jnanavikasa Project Officer, Regional Office, Bengaluru Rural District.
Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries appreciated the initiatives of Shri Kshethra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP) in organizing meaningful programmes for women. They expressed their gratitude to Dr. Hemavathi V. Heggade for her continuous efforts towards women’s empowerment. They highlighted that SKDRDP not only extends financial assistance to women but also provides valuable guidance, awareness, and opportunities that enable them to become self-reliant, gain confidence, and establish their identity in society. They described the programme as a highly beneficial initiative for the holistic development of women.
A total of 600 women participated in the programme, making it a successful and impactful event.
