On July 4, 2025, in Mangapura village, Malur project office Smt. Munirathnamma received her sanctioned monthly pension of Rs. 2000/- under the community development program of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP). Shri P. N. Paramesh, a member of the Janajagruthi Vedike, disbursed the amount.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri P. N. Paramesh, who is also a municipal council member, highlighted that the Dharmasthala Rural Development organization not only provides loans to women’s self-help groups in the taluk but also serves significantly in social, educational, and health sectors. They lauded the organization’s multifaceted work, stating that for decades, they have been providing loans to women’s groups, in addition to lake development, temple construction, school compound building, financial assistance to milk producers’ cooperative societies, old-age pensions, monthly pensions, scholarships, and various other facilities.
Supervisors and project officers from the Dharmasthala institution were present at the event. This monthly pension disbursement stands as a testament to SKDRDP’s continuous commitment to community development.
