Under the Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP) in the Arasinamakki zone of Belthangady Taluk, a significant milestone was reached as Matrushree Hemavathi Heggade formally handed over a newly sanctioned “Vatsalya” house to Jayashree, a beneficiary of the program. During the event, Matrushree Heggade also distributed Vatsalya kits, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to supporting those in need within the community.

In her address, Matrushree Hemavathi Heggade shared a poignant message about social responsibility and family values. She stated that life achieves its true purpose only when we strive to be a source of light and hope for the helpless. Furthermore, she highlighted the importance of holistic parenting, noting that when children are provided with a strong foundation of cultural values and ethics alongside their formal education, they naturally become the pillars of support for their parents in their later years.

The ceremony was attended by several distinguished guests, including Shri Harish Krishna, a Trustee of the SKDRDP, and Shri Jayaram, the Regional Director from the Head Office. Also present were Sudhir, the Vice President of the Gram Panchayat, members of the Janajagruthi Taluk Forum, local dignitaries, federation members, and dedicated project volunteers, all of whom gathered to witness this impactful community initiative.
