Under the Shri Kshethra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP), a significant milestone was reached in the Dandeli Project Office, Dharwad district. In a gesture of community support and empowerment, a newly constructed home was officially handed over to the beneficiary, Ms. Meera Kabade, under the Vatsalya housing program. This initiative stands as a testament to the organization’s commitment to providing secure and dignified living spaces for the needy in rural areas.
The handover ceremony was graced by several prominent leaders and officials. Smt. Dayasheela, the Regional Director, and Shri Hanumanth Naik, the District Director, led the event, emphasizing the social impact of the Vatsalya scheme. They were joined by local governance leaders, including Gram Panchayat President Shri Nutan Kambara and Vice-President Smt. Yogita Parikkar, who lauded the project’s contribution to the village’s welfare.
The event saw active participation from various dedicated team members and local figures, including the prominent local dignitary Shri Girish Naik, and Project Officer Bhoja. The successful completion of this house was made possible through the collective efforts of the sector supervisors, JVK coordinators, and sevaprathinidhi. Together, they celebrated the mission of SKDRDP in transforming lives through the gift of a permanent home.
